You don't need to know about every tiny millisecond blip; you need to know about the issues that actually affect your users' experience. We focus on the "Signal": the events that mean money is being lost or trust is being broken.
2. Show you exactly what changed
   A notification that says "Your API is down" is only half an answer. The real question is "What changed?" Our goal is to provide a clear, high-level view of which website or API endpoint is misbehaving and why. You shouldn’t need ten browser tabs open to diagnose a simple failure.
3. Help you respond at the right speed
   Not every alert requires a "drop everything" response. A good monitoring tool should give you enough context to decide: Is this an emergency, or can this be fixed after lunch? By delivering alerts where your team already works (like Slack or Discord) with the right metadata included, we turn "guesswork" into "actionable steps."
