The Gato Blanco 2026 roadmap is focusing on four things: better collaborations, fewer but deeper client relationships, a clear revenue target, and a consistent product pipeline.
This year, Gato Blanco plans to add 2 new collaborator firms at a similar stage to us.
We are looking for small, founder-led studios in design, research, or marketing that want to co-build and co-pitch on client projects.
The plan is to shortlist partners early in the year, test 1–2 projects together, and then commit to the relationships that deliver the best results for clients.
Gato Blanco aims to onboard 4 new core clients in 2026.
We work best with teams that have clear business problems but limited product/engineering bandwidth, and who want a technical partner rather than a one-off vendor.
Our focus is on discovery, MVP builds, and ongoing iteration so that each engagement compounds over time instead of ending at launch.
Our revenue target for 2026 is 200,000 USD from client work, products, and collaborations.
Most of this will still come from client services, while product and partnership revenue grows throughout the year.
We’ll be tracking monthly run rate, deal pipeline, and the mix of recurring vs one-time work so we can adjust our focus each quarter.
Gato Blanco plans to ship 1 new product every 6 months, for 2 launches in 2026.
These products will stay close to what we do best: tools that help creators, founders, and teams use their own data more effectively (recaps, dashboards, monitoring, and BYOD-inspired workflows).
Each launch will be treated as a full story: validation, build, launch, and real-world usage—shared across our channels.
